1. About These Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Subscription Terms") apply to paid subscriptions for KeyFacts Online.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

 

2. About KeyFacts Online Subscriptions

KeyFacts Online provides subscribers with access to a curated collection of news, articles, insights and information relating to the UK's affordable housing sector.

Your subscription provides access to:

 

  • Curated industry information;

  • Subscriber-only content;

  • Platform features and functionality;

  • A convenient resource bringing relevant sector information together in one place.

 

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of any content featured on KeyFacts Online.

 

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period.

 

The free trial:

  • Lasts for four weeks;

  • Does not require payment details;

  • Does not automatically convert into a paid subscription;

  • Does not create any obligation to purchase a subscription.

 

At the end of the free trial, access to subscriber-only content will end unless you choose to purchase a paid subscription.

 

We reserve the right to limit or withdraw free trial access where misuse is suspected.

 

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are available on an annual basis.

 

When you purchase a subscription:

 

  • You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee;

  • Your subscription will provide access for the subscription period;

  • Your subscription will continue until cancelled.

 

Subscription fees and available plans are displayed on the Website.

 

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew for a further annual period.

 

We may update subscription pricing from time to time. If pricing changes, we will provide reasonable notice before your next renewal payment.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

 

Cancellation can be completed:

Through your account settings where available; or
By contacting us at ms@uk-housing.co.uk.

 

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription period.

 

You will continue to have access to subscriber content until your subscription expiry date.

 

Cancelling your subscription does not normally entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

 

7. Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

 

  • Payments taken incorrectly;

  • Significant service issues;

  • Other circumstances considered appropriate by UK Housing Ltd.

8. Technical Issues

We aim to provide a reliable service.

Occasional interruptions may occur due to:

  • Short-term interruptions will not normally result in refunds or subscription extensions.

 

Where significant technical issues materially affect access for an extended period, we may consider an appropriate remedy, including a subscription extension or refund.

 

9. Account Security

Subscriber accounts are for the authorised user only.

 

You must not:

  • Share passwords;

  • Allow unauthorised individuals to access subscriber content;

  • Provide access to individuals outside your agreed subscription arrangement.

 

If we identify unauthorised sharing or misuse, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.

 

10. Organisation Subscriptions

Organisation subscriptions are arranged directly with UK Housing Ltd.

 

An organisation subscription may include:

  • A designated paying account holder;

  • Additional authorised user accounts;

  • Bespoke pricing arrangements;

  • Specific access permissions.

 

Organisations are responsible for ensuring that only approved users access the service.

 

Additional users provided as part of an organisation subscription must not share access outside the agreed organisation.

 

11. Content and External Sources

KeyFacts Online curates and provides access to industry information from a range of sources. Some content links to original publishers' websites.

UK Housing Ltd does not own third-party articles or publications featured through KeyFacts Online. Users should review the terms and copyright policies of external publishers when accessing third-party content.

 

12. Changes to Subscription Services

We may update, improve, modify or remove features of KeyFacts Online from time to time. Where changes materially affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

 

13. Ending Access

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • These Subscription Terms are breached;

  • Accounts are misused;

  • Payment obligations are not met;

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

14. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
